There are no islands to speak of on the Coral Sea, though, so if stiff wind comes up there’s no island for the liveaboard to go hide in the lee of (as we did in the Sea of Cortez on a liveaboard there—plenty of islands to use there). Not to say that’s guaranteed to happen, but you would need to take that into account.
